Today you will learn what your main career drivers are related to work, money, lifestyle, culture, environment, and growth opportunities. You will rank these career drivers in order to make decisions between job opportunities.

Career drivers fall into six major categories:

• Tasks/ Work itself
• Money
• Lifestyle
• Culture
• Environment
• Growth Opportunities

Why Uncover Career Drivers?

The best career for you is going be one that uses your favorite skills and your favorite subjects in service of other people.

But it's also going to be a job that offers you your preferred people environments, your preferred working conditions, your preferred salary, and other rewards working toward preferred goals and values that you have.  

Without understanding what those things are for you, it's gonna be hard to identify opportunities allow you to have things that you want in your life.

How to Take a Self Inventory of Career Drivers

In the activity below you will do several exercises, each unique to that specific career driver. At the end of the process you will network with others and explain your career drivers during the process.
