• If they match, you're ready to start applying to those places.
• If they don't then you will have 3 options: cheating the system, taking a shadow profession, or learning those skills

Why Evaluate the Skills Required for a Job?

As you begin making decisions about your next career steps, everything that you do should help you acquire the skills you need to be the ideal candidates for the places that you want to work.

• Knowing the skills that we need, we can better pick educational opportunities, internships, apprenticeships, job opportunities that may help us to get bigger opportunities down the road, or mentors that may help us.
